The Kapha type has close and loving relationships and is the most grounded of the doshas.  Most kaphas will be complimented on how youthful they look with their glowing skin and lush features but will have a tendency to gain weight.  Kaphas will ask you over to watch.a movie and will have the most delicious rich snacks.  Be prepared for excellent advice!
