Facial Workshop

The skin is a mirror to what is going on inside of your body, especially the liver. In this “hands on” workshop, you were guided through a facial and self massage with a focus on marma points using common everyday foods and essential oils to maintain a lustrous, healthy vibrant skin.  Your facial was individually tailored based on your dosha or constitution. You were taught how to maintain healthy skin by lifestyle and food choices so that toxic buildup does not occur in the body lessening your chances of acquiring skin allergies or skin sensitivities in the future.
